Saturday, October 29th: For Grace – Curtis Duffy, a renowned chef, builds a restaurant and shows the exacting standards required for luxury dining. Curtis is the antithesis of the high-strung, over-demanding chef we all love to hate and shows how compassion and hard work can achieve maximum results.
