Shelley from Park City Desserts came to our Ecker Hill cooking class yesterday. Park City Desserts specializes in making non-toxic, healthier desserts. Shelley prepared 3 ingredient strawberry mousse with the students (Ingredients: strawberries, coconut milk, maple syrup) and taught students how to plate desserts fit for the fanciest Park City occasion.
