After School Cooking Class

Want to learn how to cook healthier and more delicious meals? We have just the class for you! Please join EATS for a cooking class after school at McPolin Elementary!

Location: McPolin Elementary School
2270 Kearns Blvd.
Time: 12:45 pm – 4:15 pm
(3 classes, 45 minutes each)
Grades: Kindergarden – 5th grade students
Volunteers will assist students in making a recipe in small groups, and then everyone enjoys what we’ve created following. The lesson will focus on nutrition education and having fun in the kitchen, with EATS and at home. Recipes go home with the students in Spanish or English. In April, we will invite families of the students to join us.
