Youth Sports Alliance is excited to offer EATS cooking classes at Timpanogos Middle School in January. EATS fosters learning to eat nutritious foods through teaching cooking skills and expanding palates. In this series of four classes, expect to cook delicious food while learning knife skills, how to read a recipe, measuring techniques, and how to artfully flavor the dishes you create.
The session will take place on January 10th, 24th, 31st, and February 7th. Each session will be on Mondays from 2:30 to 4:00.
