An event every week that begins at 2:30 pm on Friday, repeating until April 2, 2021
Join EATS on Fridays at 2:30 pm to create delicious plant-based meals from scratch. Ingredients can be picked up at the school on Tuesday and the cooking will be over Zoom on Friday. We will be creating everything from warm comforting dishes to lighter dishes with nutrient-dense superfoods. We will be practicing cooking skills, the health benefits of plant-based meals, and how to use pantry items.
