Harvest Camp with Summit Community Gardens
August 1st – 5th
Grades 1 – 3
EATS and SCG want to make sure all of the hard work that goes into growing food at high altitude in Park City comes to fruition! At Harvest Camp, students will learn how to harvest fun vegetables, as well as how to prepare and store them to enjoy in the fall through food fun projects like pickling cucumbers and making salsa from tomatoes. We will also explore food waste and composting!
