Cooking Vegan Risotto with Kara

Kara is a graduate student in dietetics at the University of Utah. She has lived in Park City since 2013. Her passion for food started at a young age helping her mom bake cookies and pies. She has since worked on a farm, guided and catered backcountry mountain bike trips, and been a cheesemonger at Whole Foods Market. When she isn’t cooking or studying, you’ll find her running, biking or skiing on the trails with her dog.
