YSA Cooking Classes for South Summit, Silver Summit Middle School, and Homeschool Students
Chopped Cooking Competition! In these four classes, students will learn essential cooking skills, how to write their own recipes, and finally face off in a friendly competition to find the most flavorful dish.
Class 1: The components of a good recipe, make soba noodles
Class 2: Work on food prep skills, make enchiladas
Class 3: Write your own recipe, make baked apples
Class 4: Cooking competition with recipes students choose during class 3
