In the midst of summer vacation EATS and Summit Community Gardens have partnered to bring you a Summer Harvest Camp. Kids will learn how to harvest fun vegetables, as well as how to prepare and store them to enjoy in the fall through food fun projects like pickling cucumbers and making salsa from tomatoes. EATS and Summit Community Gardens created DIG In to bring people together around food. This exclusive, 40-attendee dinner is a multiple course creation from Park City Chef Jordan Harvey of Hearth and Hill. Complimentary signature cocktails for both EATS and Summit Community Gardens will be provided, as well as wine and beer. Live music by The Nick Petty Band. Tables are limited to a 6-guest maximum.
