McPolin Cooking Class Nov 2014

On Friday, Nov. 14th, we cooked variations of mashed potatoes with the After School Program at McPolin Elementary, including mashed sweet potatoes, a broccoli-cheese mash, and mashed potatoes with fresh herbs. A huge thank you to Holy Cross Ministries, Canyons Resort Executive Chef Scott Lewis, Whole Foods Market, Fairweather Natural Foods, The UPS Store, and the volunteers who joined us.
