- 3 cups frozen mango
- ½ banana (room temp, broken into chunks)
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup almond or oat milk (caution if allergy to almonds)
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Add all ingredients to a blender except for 1 cup of the frozen mango. Blend until smooth.
- Add the final 1 cup of frozen mango, blend again until smooth.
*May also add in a vegan protein powder for additional protein and flavor.
