Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen mango
  • ½ banana (room temp, broken into chunks)
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup almond or oat milk (caution if allergy to almonds)
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender except for 1 cup of the frozen mango. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the final 1 cup of frozen mango, blend again until smooth.

*May also add in a vegan protein powder for additional protein and flavor.
