Nut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup vegan protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) or seeds of choice (flax, chia, hemp, etc.)
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until dough forms.
  2. Add more oats or peanut butter for desired consistency
