Creamy Beet Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 medium beet
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 3 heaping spoons of tahini
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 roasted cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Pinches of salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the beet to the food processor and pulse until it's in tiny pieces.
  2. Then add chickpeas, tahini, lemon and garlic.
  3. While blending, add olive oil.
  4. Serve with warm pita, bread or veggies.
