Creamy Beet Hummus
- 1 medium beet
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 3 heaping spoons of tahini
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 roasted cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Pinches of salt and pepper to taste
- Add the beet to the food processor and pulse until it's in tiny pieces.
- Then add chickpeas, tahini, lemon and garlic.
- While blending, add olive oil.
- Serve with warm pita, bread or veggies.
