FORK in the Road Fundraiser propels Program Expansions
On May 13th, nearly 200 EATS supporters gathered at Legacy Lodge at Park City Mountain to enjoy an evening of elegant gourmet food, orchestrated by Executive Chef Alex Malmborg. The evening featured 50 Shades of Gourmet where four local chefs braved the stage to auction their culinary services for 10-person in home dinners.
Mystery lunch bags, decorated by Ms. Denine’s McPolin kindergarteners, surprised buyers with a variety of desirable items while bidders fought for over 140 silent auction packages. Thirty local restaurants participated in the event, showing the collective culinary support from the Park City restaurant community. With the proceeds from FORK in the Road, EATS will be able to grow nutrition programs to include even more Park City kids.
EATS thanks everyone who supported FORK in the Road. A special shout out to our title sponsor, Vail’s EPICPromise, to our fantastic event planner, Shannon Buist, to the UPS store whose signage and printing gave the event a professional look and to Nicholas and Co for providing food for the gourmet meals. We appreciate all the support!
