Virtual Cooking Class: Carrot Cake Cupcakes and Cream Cheese Icing with Delaney Dolan

Delaney has participated in several of the EATS classes and camps and she began volunteering for EATS when she was in 6th grade. Delaney is now an 8th grader at Treasure Mountain Junior High and still volunteers with EATS every chance she gets. Delaney loves to cook healthy recipes with EATS that she can later share with friends and family. Baking is one of her specialties and she is looking forward to making this fun recipe with all of you!
