Family Meals Month Virtual Cooking Class: Midwestern Homegrown Harvest Dinner with Maddie French MS, RD, CD

Maddie is a registered dietitian living in Salt Lake City and a recent graduate from the University of Utah. She has volunteered with EATS! After School Cooking Classes for the past couple of years and has also taught cooking classes at Red Butte Gardens. Some of her favorite things in life include cooking, skiing, and reading books. She was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she was introduced to gardening, a hobby she holds onto today.
