Black Bean Dip

Total Time: 15 minutes Serves: 32 tastes/10 servings

 

Ingredients:

  • Ingredients for dip:
    • 2 cans of black beans
    • ½ chopped small yellow onion
    • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
    • 1 clove garlic minced
    • 1 small jalapeño seed removed and diced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Ingredients for dipping: 
    • Broccoli
    • Baby carrots
    • Celery
    • Tortilla chips

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime juice if desired. 
  4. Serve with veggies or chips for dipping.
