Black Bean Dip
Total Time: 15 minutes Serves: 32 tastes/10 servings
Ingredients:
- Ingredients for dip:
- 2 cans of black beans
- ½ chopped small yellow onion
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 small jalapeño seed removed and diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Ingredients for dipping:
- Broccoli
- Baby carrots
- Celery
- Tortilla chips
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime juice if desired.
- Serve with veggies or chips for dipping.
