Pumpkin Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients (yield 38 muffins):
- 2 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- dash of salt
- 1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 cup Sugar in the Raw
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 large Egg, beaten
- 1/8 cup Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin, fresh or canned
- 2 oz Applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/8 cup Flax Seed, lightly ground
- 1/2 cup Zucchini Squash, grated
