Sweet and Simple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1.5 cups frozen berry of choice
- 2 cups spinach or kale
- 1.5 cups milk of choice (dairy milk, hemp, soy, oat and lactose-free all work well)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter alternative
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adding more milk as necessary to get your desired consistency.
