EATS is working with CCPC to host cooking demos at CCPC's food pantry. These cooking demos occur once per month on the third Tuesday of each month, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.
EATS staff will work with community members who use the food pantry to demonstrate how they use pantry items in their cooking. In this way, we hope to promote community sharing on how to cook nutritious and delicious food while on a budget. Our first cooking demo was a cooking demo where a young chef demonstrated the green chile and root vegetable stuffed chicken recipe his mother makes for holidays in Mexico.
These demos are free and open to the public.
