Immune-Boosting Turmeric Tonic

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of turmeric fresh or ground
  • juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • Optional: cinnamon, a splash of a milk alternative or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix it all together and enjoy!
