Lemon Tahini Sauce
Lemon Tahini Dressing
- 1 large garlic clove, chopped
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup tahini
- 3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast (to taste)
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. water
- In a food processor or blender, combine garlic, lemon juice, tahini, nutritional yeast, olive oil and salt.
- Add water one tablespoon at a time to achieve a consistency to your liking and season with salt and pepper.
