Nut Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/3 cup vegan protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) or seeds of choice (flax, chia, hemp, etc.)
- 1 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor until dough forms.
- Add more oats or peanut butter for desired consistency
