Chili Done Ecker Style
Jenn Hales’ FACS class at Ecker Hill Middle School got a real treat today when Chef Jason Kieffer from the Park City Medical Center guided them in the creation of awesome Chili. Chef Jason laid out the ingredients but not the recipe so the group created it together. Later titled “Chef Jason’s EATS Chili”, the students gobbled up the Chili that contained toasted quinoa, black beans, zucchini, peppers, corn and ground turkey.
