  • 1 container sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can sliced or chopped artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 jar jalapeños (if desired)
  • Any other veggies or meats you desire!

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. To make the cauliflower crust, add cauliflower to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely ground, yielding about 2-3 cups.*
  3. Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely and place into the microwave for 4-5 minutes, or until softened.
  4. Transfer cauliflower to a large bowl. Stir in egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Using a spoon, spread cauliflower mixture into a circle for each pizza and place onto the lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
  6. While the crusts are baking, choose your sauce. Add the ingredients for your desired sauce to a food processor and blend.
